• Prohibited Content: Transmitting, storing, or processing any content that violates laws and regulations, infringes on intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legitimate interests.
• Malicious Use: Abusing the Services to impose undue burden on or attack our systems or third-party AI service providers' systems.
• Third-Party Service Compliance: Complying with the terms of service and usage policies of any third-party AI model you use through the Services.

3. Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund:

Prohibited Redistribution and Resale

• Reselling, renting, or leasing your account or API access
• Sublicensing or providing access to third parties
• Distributing or sharing API keys or credentials
• Sharing your account with multiple users
• Transferring or selling your account to others
• Publicly disclosing your API keys or access credentials

Service Abuse

• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code
• Bypassing usage limits or security measures
• Creating automated systems for account creation or abuse
• Unauthorized commercial use
• Building competitive services using our API
• Any illegal or harmful activities
• Use for pornographic, tavern, 2API or similar services

4. Intellectual Property

• Our Intellectual Property: The intellectual property rights of the Cubence website and all its content (including but not limited to website design, text, graphics, code, etc.) belong to us.
• Your Content: The ownership of intellectual property rights in the input content you submit through the Services (such as code snippets, questions, etc.) and the output content you receive is governed by the regulations of the third-party AI service provider you use. We do not claim any ownership of your content.

5. Privacy Protection

We value your privacy. For information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, please refer to our Cubence Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• Service "As Is": The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Services will meet your requirements or that they will be uninterrupted. We make no warranties regarding timeliness, security, or accuracy of the Services.
• Output Content: Code or suggestions generated through the Services are for reference only. You are responsible for determining their accuracy and suitability. We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from your use of any content generated by the Services.
• Limitation of Liability: In any event, our total liability to you shall not exceed the total fees you have paid for using the Services in the past twelve months.

7. Service Modification, Interruption, or Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Services at any time based on business development needs. We will notify you through website announcements or other means when possible.
